- Why is there no fixed price list for everything?
- Because crew size, locations, talent, travel and delivery volume genuinely change the cost. The prices on our pricing page are real starting points for the scope described, and every proposal is a fixed price — not an estimate that drifts.
- What is not included in the quoted price?
- Paid talent and casting, location hire fees, permits, specialist equipment such as underwater housings, travel beyond 50 miles of Bilston, and paid media budgets. Anything applicable is itemised in the proposal before you sign.
- Do you require a deposit?
- Yes — 50% on booking to secure crew and dates, and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Enterprise engagements can be invoiced against a purchase order on 30-day terms.
